In 1963, Marvin Bochner founded the company with five lines representing manufacturers across South Florida — and joined 28 other reps to found the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMRA).
His sons Sid and Mark, and daughter Lisa, joined as leaders in management and sales — Sid and Mark becoming owners in 1994. In 2010 the tradition carried into a third generation when Lisa's son, Jason Spiewak, joined and went on to head operations.
